Mission, Philosophy, & diversity/Non-discrimination

Mission

At Seaside CDC, our mission is to provide superior quality childcare and age-appropriate educational and social experiences to prepare children for entering school.
Philosophy

We believe that Jesus Christ is our Ultimate Teacher.

Like Him, we believe that children need love first and foremost in order for trust and development to take place. We believe that every child has an unlimited capacity to learn. We believe children develop optimally when they are gently encouraged to discover their individual strengths and unique talents through play within a loving, nurturing, and supportive environment.
Diversity & Non-Discrimination

We are all unique in terms of personality, temperament, learning style, strengths, challenges, appearance, & cultural background. At Seaside CDC, we celebrate this diversity! It is our policy that no child, family, or staff member will be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or shall be discriminated against in regard to enrollment, expulsion, or employment on the basis of race, gender individual needs, socioeconomic status, appearance, religion, or cultural background.
