NEW RATES EFFECTIVE 6/4/18
*$190/in the Infant Room
*$180/week in both Toddler I & Toddler II Rooms
*$170/week in the PreK Room
*A one time, non-refundable $100 program registration fee at the time of enrollment
All childcare fees are due IN ADVANCE OF PROVIDING CARE. Payments are due on MONDAY of the week BEFORE care is provided. There is now no longer a $50/day late payment fee. New policy will be strictly enforced: If your payment is not received by the time you pick up your child or at the close of business at 6pm on MONDAYS, your child MAY NOT return on Tuesday without payment. Please be prepared to be turned away at the door. The only exception to this policy is:
*If you are genuinely prevented from paying on MONDAY due to a family emergency (e.g., hospitalization, funeral, etc). You will be asked to provide documentation.
If you know your child will be absent on MONDAY for vacation, general illness, etc., it is still your responsibility to provide payment on MONDAY. When enrolling your child at our center, you are reserving the time, space, staff, and provisions for your child WHETHER OR NOT HE OR SHE ATTENDS EVERY DAY. As such, you will still be charged the full rate regardless of your child's absence. Please understand that this is standard business practice that ensures continuity of our program and ensures your child's reserved space.
Please be aware that there is still a charge during holiday closures; this ensures continuity of program operations for everyone and it enables our staff to enjoy well-deserved time with their own families.
If the center must close due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., hurricane, fire, etc.) your account will be credited for the days that we are closed.
We will not "hold" or accept postdated checks.
All returned NSF checks will incur both a $50 returned check fee and a $50/day late fee until the matter is resolved. After 2 returned checks, we will not be able to accept a check payment from you.
There is a $20/hour late pick up fee (or $5/15 minutes after 6pm) that will be added to your next expected payment. We greatly appreciate if you provide us notice, but unless there is reported traffic issues, this fee will be charged regardless.
We require a written 2 week notice of termination if you are withdrawing your child. If you decide to terminate without a 2 week written notice, you will still be billed accordingly for the remaining time period of 2 weeks after you withdraw your child.
We reserve the right to increase rates as necessary to offset program costs, however, we will provide a written 30 day notice.
All unpaid accounts will be turned over to our Attorneys and to Emerald Coast Collections. Our tuition contract requires that your provide your employer information and SS #. We vow to keep this information in strict confidentiality.
