WITHDRAWAL POLICY
If your family decides to withdraw your child from the program, we require advance notice of a minimum of 2 weeks (or 14 calendar days). Without notice, you will still be charged your regular rate and PAYMENT IS STILL EXPECTED THROUGHT THE ANTICIPATED STOP DATE. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT THIS IS DUE TO THE FACT THAT WE HAVE MADE BOTH EDUCATIONAL AND FINANCIAL PLANS BASED ON YOUR CHILD'S ENROLLMENT AND THAT TAKING AN UNEXPECTED LOSS IN ENROLLMENT IMPACTS OUR PLANS SIGNIFICANTLY.

In the case of vacations or hospitalization, it is your choice to un-enroll your child under these circumstances, however, we cannot guarantee that he or she will still have a spot upon return as this is a first-come, first-served industry. IN THIS CASE, THE REGULAR TUITION ARRANGEMENT STILL APPLIES. YOU WILL STILL NEED TO COMMUNICATE YOUR INTENTIONS TO US IN ORDER THAT WE CAN DETERMINE YOUR PAID-THROUGH DATE.

In the event of 1 week of non-attendance and no communication from you, your child will be withdrawn from the program and his or her reserved space will be up for the next family on the waiting list. IN THIS CASE, YOU WILL STILL BE CHARGED FOR THE WEEK OF NON-ATTENDANCE.

PLEASE REMEMBER THAT UPON ENROLLMENT, YOU ARE REQUIRED TO SIGN AN ACKNOWLEGMENT THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND OUR POLICIES. YOUR SIGNATURE LEGALLY OBLIGATES YOU TO FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY. If you have any questions or concerns about our policies, please do not hesitate to ask. PLEASE REMEMBER THAT UPON ENROLLMENT, YOU RESERVED A SPACE FOR YOUR CHILD IN THE PROGRAM. UPON ENROLLMENT, YOU ARE REQUIRED TO SIGN AN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND OUR POLICIES. YOUR SIGNATURE OBLIGATES YOU LEGALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AND ALL FEES ASSOCIATED WITH OUR BUSINESS ARRANGEMENT OF PROVIDING CHILDCARE. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE CENTERS' ATTORNIES, LYNCHARD, SEELEY, & ASSOCIATES, WILL PURSUE DELINQUENT FEES ON OUR BEHALF.
